5-a-side modcrosse is the social version of Lacrosse played in Sydney. The teams are mixed gender and all skill levels are invited to join. Fast-paced and exciting, modcrosse is played with a soft ball and without contact to encourage players to develop their skills and game awareness.

We host weekly practices new & experienced members to learn the basic skills, rounded up with a game every practice.
